Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service delivery meets our standards.

- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet the client's expectations and our company's standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and reports.

- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project completions.

- Client-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
- Adaptable: Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends when necessary.
