1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products (including herbal powders, granules, proprietary Chinese medicines, and TCM health products).
2. Develop new customer sources.
3. Maintain good customer relationships.
4. Plan long-term cooperation strategies with clients.
5. Collect market and industry information, understand market trends, forecast product demand, and conduct market research and analysis.
6. Master knowledge of the company's various products and actively provide professional consultation and services to customers.
7. Handle customer complaints.
8. Provide timely feedback on market conditions to the marketing department and collaborate on developing new products and markets.
9. Assist supervisors in formulating, implementing, and supervising sales strategies.
10. Complete various reports on time.
11. Coordinate with other departments.
12. Assist in completing tasks assigned by supervisors.
