- Position Title: Technical Sales Support Specialist / Regional Solutions Engineer
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales team.
- Address customer inquiries, understand their pain points, and propose the most suitable solutions for deployment.
- Build and maintain strong, productive, and collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders (Commercial, Business Development, Finance).
- Conduct presentations for customers both physically and virtually.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers and partners at exhibitions/events in Singapore and regionally.
- Visit customer premises to assess requirements, constraints, and overall situations.

- At least 2 years of working experience in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, and Mechanical Engineering field preferred.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Regional travel to Asia Pacific is required (30%).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or AUTOCAD is an added advantage but not essential.
