Job Summary:
The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. This role includes managing the spa staff, providing sales training, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service and Wellness
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Create promotional and marketing plans to drive revenue and attract new clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all spa products and services to effectively sell and promote them.
2. Sales Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing sales training and coaching to staff to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular sales check motivate and educate the team.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about current promotions, services, and products.
3. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Manage staff schedules, appointments, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure the spa is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
4. Staff Management:
- Train, and evaluate spa staff, ensuring they meet performance and service standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and team-building activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Address any staff issues or conflicts promptly and fairly.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Manage the spa’s budget, including expenses, payroll, and revenue tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments, sales, and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder, with good command of english and mandarin.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within wellness industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a medical spa setting.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position requiring flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
