Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Oil & Gas)
- Position Title: Purchaser
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Source goods, materials, and services at competitive prices to support manufacturing operations and maintain accurate inventory.
- Evaluate, coordinate, and support technical sourcing based on project needs.
- Issue purchase orders efficiently.
- Manage the approved vendor list and assess supplier performance.
- Oversee shipping schedules and customs clearances for purchased materials.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the procurement department within an operations and manufacturing setting.
- Ability to understand basic engineering principles.
- Proficiency in SAP.
