JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage and organize office operations, including maintaining files, records, and databases
· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed
· Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
· Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making processes
· Maintain accurate records of business transactions, expenses, and budgets
· Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
· Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
· Recommend and implement solutions to enhance workflow, productivity, and performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
