JOB DESCRIPTION
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
· Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
· Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry associations, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
· Build relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to recruit interns, graduates, and entry-level talent
· Delegate tasks, assign priorities, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment activities
· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and professional development
· Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding and beyond
· Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
· Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking, interview notes, and hiring decisions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
· Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment
