Job Scope:
- Prepare and cook a variety of cafeteria dishes/catering event up to 50 - 100pax.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the kitchen has enough ingredients and supplies for daily use.
- Communicate with event organizers to understand catering needs and suggest menus.
- Assist in planning and executing catering events, including customised menu and overseeing food production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper food setup and presentation follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma from SHATEC, SUNRISE or SHRM is a plus.
- Candidate with relevant experience with local catering and F&B needs and operation.
- Possession of a certificate from a recognized culinary institution/ valid Food Hygiene certificate
