Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify growth areas, market gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead the strategy planning process, including defining goals, priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Develop strategic initiatives, action plans, and KPIs to track progress and measure the success of strategic objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across departments to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and adjust plans as needed.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business cases, financial models and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in strategic planning and execution.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on key business issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles, preferably in the BPO or professional services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on driving measurable impact.
