Senior/ Executive, Accounting (Temporary, 3 months contract)
Location: Central, Bukit Merah
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for full spectrum of the accounts payable (AP) function and able to perform and support in full-set of financial and management reporting functions, business analysis in all aspects, including cash flow management and taxation.
- Ensuring all accounting activities comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Process outlet staff reimbursement / claim, ensure timely & proper approval
- Perform various accounting schedules and reconciliations, included intercompany transactions.
- Preparation and submission of GST returns.
- Liaise with internal/external parties such as auditors, tax agent etc.
- Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate such as ACCA. CA / CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience preferably in the F&B, retail or hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems and cashless solutions is highly regarded.
- Familiar with Singapore SFRS and Singapore Income Tax.
- Systematic, meticulous, collaborative and able to work independently.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP B1 ERP is an advantage.
- Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin – to liaise with Mandarin speaking only associates
- Able to commence work immediate.
