Job Summary
The Operations Admin Support role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of our F&B outlets. This position is responsible for managing hygiene and compliance processes, supporting operational tasks, coordinating training and development activities, and assisting in event organization. The role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job responsibilities
1. Hygiene and Compliance Management
- Administer Basic Food Hygiene and PWM registrations.
- Track and manage Leave of Absence (LOA) and certifications.
- Review and process invoices for approval.
2. Operational Support
- Update app business hours and item closures during outlet operating hours.
- Assist with daily operational tasks and form requests.
3. Training and Development Coordination
- Prepare and track attendance for new staff training at HQ.
- Communicate workshop attendance requirements.
- Arrange and invigilate learning assessments.
- Monitor new staff learning progress and new menu/item training.
- Update training dates in HQ systems and maintain accurate learning records.
- Develop and implement creative learning materials and content.
4. Event Coordination
- Assist during company events such as Townhalls.
- Manage form requests for daily outlet operations.
5. General Administrative Support
- Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 'N'/ 'O' Level / ITE or Diploma in retail or F&B Management
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Competence in using Microsoft office Application
