Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment and ensure production process runs smoothly and safely.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure that products meet customer specifications.
- Routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
