- Handle the full spectrum of HR administration
- Preparation of contracts and HR letters
- Administer employee benefits and leaves
- Submission of Workmen Injury Compensation (WICA) report and liaise with insurance for settlement of claims
- Work closely with payroll vendor on timely update of employee data and records to ensure accuracy
- Manage all work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Assist in employee on / off boarding process
- Registration and tracking of courses for employees
- Purchasing of uniforms and stationery items
- Compute and submit monthly HR expenses for payment
- Maintain inventory records and reports
- Support in recruitment activities
- Participation in HR projects and initiatives
- Other ad-hoc HR duties assigned.
