Responsibilities:
· Learn and set up process/SOP of recruitment & deployment
· Set-up Databases of Clients & migrant domestic workers
· Website & Facebook/Social media maintenance
· Upload bios to Bestmaid / Netmaid / Searchmaid etc platform
· Respond to employer enquiry by assigning Recruitment Consultant
· Assist to prepare all contracts & documentation for Recruitment Consultant
· Coordinate all logistics for pickup or handover etc
· Support Full Administration & Filing for the office
· Inventory of office supplies
Requirements:
· Candidate possess ITE or Diploma certificate
· MUST BE Responsible, organized and with good self-discipline
· Highly passionate and committed
· Proactive & Result oriented
· Prepared be to groomed as a Recruitment Consultant
5.5 days week
Average Income ranging from $2200 - $2800 / month
