Job Description:


Manage Accounting & Finance of APAC Countries

  • Monitor and follow up of APAC countries accounting and finance issues
  • Communicate and provide guideline to APAC countries
  • Manage month/quarter/year-end reporting process
  • Analyze, monitor P/L, Cash flow, AR, AP monthly
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Responsible in management reporting and present relevant information to CFO for decision making
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models
  • Support taxation related issues

Prepare & Support RHQ financial report

  • Support RHQ CFO monthly financial report
  • Prepare internal financial report, if necessary

Coordinate with external service providers, including auditors, and banks

  • Coordinate external audit annually
  • Coordinate secretary company to proceed company operation activities
  • Coordinate other service providers such as bank, if necessary

Communication with HQ and Support HQ requests

  • Communication HQ regarding APAC financial issue or update


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in General Accounts or Accounting & Finance management
  • Bilingual in English & Korean (required to work with Korean-speaking colleagues around APAC region as well as HQ Team)
  • Experience in Computerized Accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge in Accounting and IFRS, local and international tax
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel and SAP system
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently with tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude & willing to learn
  • Meticulous, responsible and self-discipline
