Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Administrative Coordinator to be part of their Admin Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Administrative Coordinator:
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Manage key register and record key movements.
- Maintain and organize filing systems in the office.
- Update records for fixed assets, drawings, and contact information.
- Handle security access card requests and update the access register.
- Process season parking requests and manage carpark collections.
- Provide administrative support including calls, typing, and meeting arrangements.
- Track office inventory such as stamps, stationery, and refreshments.
- Oversee IT system maintenance and updates.
- Manage OMS portal updates, customer requests, and purchase orders.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Relevant experience
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days
