Duties and Responsibilities
- Put up advertisement in online portal / liaise with recruitment agencies
- Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates
- Call candidates to schedule interview sessions/arrangements
- Follow up with candidates on any other matters
- Tracking of candidates (recruitment) in excel, Weekly manpower update
- Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)
- Maintain all the proper P-files
- Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
