Part Time HR Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Put up advertisement in online portal / liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates
  • Call candidates to schedule interview sessions/arrangements
  • Follow up with candidates on any other matters
  • Tracking of candidates (recruitment) in excel, Weekly manpower update
  • Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)
  • Maintain all the proper P-files
  • Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
