Job Description:
- Assists Maintenance Executive in daily operation (perform preventive and reactive maintenance)
- Troubleshooting of M&E equipment
- Assists in supervising contractors when they are at work
- Assists in system enhancement, whenever necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NTC 2/3 in Mechanical or Building Services
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of air-con, electrical, sound system, and plumbing
- A plumber license is preferred
- Prior experience in Hotels/Clubs will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task in a demanding environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts (including weekends & Public Holidays)
- 5-day work week (7.30 am to 4.30 pm, 3 pm to 12 am)
