The Job:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to both retail and corporate sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop retail and corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teams.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients.
- Continuously review and enhance sales processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
