Our client which is a well-known Japanese Chemical company is looking for a Production Maintenance Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs the purification process of hydrogen peroxide and its related activities within stipulated targets and acceptable quality levels
- Performs operations of the mixing of ammonium hydroxide and its related activities within stipulated targets and acceptable quality levels
- Performs other operations such as but not limited to the following::
Ultra-Pure Water System and its related activities
Waste-Water System and its related activities
Uilities Equipment Operations e.g., Chiller Unit, Drinking Water Tank, Compressors, Fire Fighting Water (FFW) etc., - Troubleshoot process-related equipment and items
- Conduct preventive maintenance on production-related items
- Performs calibration on production instruments and other related items
- Perform process/operation line improvements
- Prepare progress and statistical reports related to Production process equipment parameters, instrument using relevant Check Sheet and Data Sheet
- Conducts inspection of the Production area and performs follow action as and when it is needed
- Performs any other tasks as instructed by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Preferably with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
