Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, book venues, collate agendas, and manage catering requests
- Coordinate and follow up on meeting logistics
- Prepare agenda and materials for meetings
- Document meeting minutes and matters arising
- Compile regular and periodic operational reports, operating and capital budgets, management, and statistical reports timely for analysis and review
- Perform procurement activities for the department
- Perform billing activities for the department, including project charged out to institutions
- Perform ePay claims processing on behalf of the department
- Manage onboarding of new department members including orientation, laptop, phone lines, card access, IT access, desk location etc.
- Coordinate facilities support and maintenance e.g. printers, copiers etc.
- Maintain filing, management of SharePoint sites, and other office procedures such as User Access Matrix management
- Manage department budget including request creation, spend tracking and reporting
- Other duties as required
Job Responsibilities:
- Diploma with at least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications such MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written) - Organised in process and record-keeping
- Experience in the Healthcare industry would be an advantage
