Location: Tanjong Penjuru
Working hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling daily to potential new customers as well as assigned existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints expeditiously and efficiently.
- Investigate, respond to requests for service on a timely basis.
- Forward all sales orders to outbound activities and service in a timely manner.
- Monitor debtors aging and to ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Matching Delivery Orders against invoices for filing.
- Generating of invoices & processing of orders.
- Issuance of Debit / Credit Note.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘N’ Levels or ‘O’ Levels.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales
