Job Description:

  1. Develop annual recruitment plans and be responsible for organizing, executing, and processing follow-up of recruitment activities.
  2. Work with assistants to carried out recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and contacting with potentials.
  3. Independently coordinate and host candidate interviews.
  4. Responsible for expanding and managing recruitment channels and cooperating with recruitment outsourcing agencies such as headhunting firms.
  5. Monitor the talent market supply, analyze recruitment effectiveness regularly, and improve recruitment quality.
  6. Enhance OBAI's recruitment processes and systems & Establish a Talent Pool to reserve excellent talents for OBAI.
  7. Recruitment tasks are conducted primarily in Singapore.

Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor’s degree or above in renowned Singaporean or overseas colleges/universities, majoring in human resources, management, or related fields; master’s degree preferred.
  2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to independently communicate in English with European and American candidates/employees.
  3. Specialist: within three years of work experience; Manager: 5+ years of large enterprise recruitment experience.
  4. Familiar with corporate recruitment processes and various recruitment channels.
  5. Skilled in various recruitment techniques, able to independently carry out recruitment tasks, with rich practical experience in talent discovery and introduction and organizational and personnel adjustments.
  6. Keen insight, excellent language expression skills, communication and coordination abilities, basic daily communication in Chinese.
  7. Good professional demeanor and team spirit.
  8. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens.
