Modernization is a fast-growing emerging business for KONE Asia Pacific, Middle East, Turkey and Africa. We are excited and looking forward to enhancing and developing new capabilities to foster our win in modernization business in both the short-term and long-term.
As the Modernization Business Development Manager, you will have an opportunity to play a key role in the core of this. Your role is to support our business by driving our growth and sales strategy and helping to set a clear business direction. To be successful in the role, conceptual thinking, business acumen and experience in translating strategic plans into practical plans are required
What will you be doing?
· Provide market insights on markets, customers & competitors
· Facilitate our Modernization strategy development (business analysis, growth strategy, direction and plans)
· Plan and strengthen our go-to-market models
· Manage and pilot selected strategic transformations and programs to develop the business
· Coach and support our country Modernization teams with their business plans, key developments and business understanding
· Support the local sales teams on sales management, sales process issue and growth bottlenecks
· Help clarify sales direction, activities and driving short-term performance
Are you the one?
· Experience and exceptional understanding of the elevator industry
· Experience in strategy development and structured problem-solving skill
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good at listening, facilitation and presentation
· Willing to be hands-on to verify understanding of the usual practices, thereby coach and encourage our teams to try new ways of working and approaching our business.
