Job Descriptions:
- Deliver professional sales and product service to all customer inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Assist walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries, providing detailed product information.
- Implement strategies to generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support the company’s sales growth initiatives in line with overall business strategies.
- Collaborate with branch management to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ensure accurate price tagging and product descriptions for all items.
- Handle stock replenishment by managing requisitions and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Foster customer loyalty through exceptional after-sales service and relationship building.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of musical instruments (such as keyboards, guitars, and drums) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
