Legal Secretary
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
- Answering calls and handling requests
- Scheduling of meetings/appointments and preparing of meeting materials
- Maintaining client contact list
- Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, binding, file management
- Providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis, such as expense claims and time recording
- Preparing of billings
- Booking of flights and accommodations
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits including English
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- 2 years’ working experience in legal sector
- Takes initiative and is a team player
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skill
- Good time management
