Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the evaluation of various development proposals submitted to client for plan consent.
- Work closely with building industry professionals such as architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and consultants as well as developers, Agencies and industrialists.
- Be familiar with client's estates you are assigned to, able to read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects, be comfortable to deal with people
Working Arrangement:
Location: Jurong
Mon to Thurs : 8.30am to 6pm, Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexi hours available)
Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Requirements:
- Have eyes for details
- Good time management to ensure that the plan consent cases are processed in a timely manner.
- Assigned to handle estate related works and other duties as and when required.
- Background in planning, architecture, civil engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
- Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Corenet & GIS will be an advantage.
