HR Department Intern

HR Department Intern / Part-time

Pay: SGD 160/day, at least 3 days a week for over 3 months (or 24 hours a week).

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support various HR business modules, including compensation and performance, training and development, recruitment and deployment, employee relations (onboarding/offboarding), etc.
  2. Understand staffing demands, develop recruitment plans, and assist recruitment colleagues in supporting daily recruitment tasks, including but not limited to managing candidates and tracking effects, feedback, market reserve candidate searches, etc.
  3. Understand annual employee training needs, execute training plans according to department needs at different times, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth training operations.
  4. Responsible for performance support work execution and management, including assisting the compensation manager and various departments in developing performance assessment plans, implementation and execution, performance data summarization and analysis.
  5. Assist the compensation and benefits manager in completing the monthly payroll calculation for employees.
  6. Responsible for executing corporate culture building, including conveying company culture values, organizing corporate culture activities, etc.
  7. Other tasks assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Intern: Master's degree or above, outstanding students, and HR-related internship experience preferred; Part-time: 2 years of corporate HR work experience.

2. HR major graduate or student, passionate and clear about long-term development and advancement in the HR field.

3. Good planning and execution abilities, interpersonal skills, organizational coordination abilities, communication skills, and ability to solve complex problems.

4. Some stress tolerance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

5. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens, the work language is English, and Chinese language skills for daily communication and conversation are preferred.

6. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens.
