Responsibilities :
* Prepare for projects tendering relevant to M&E fields.
* Involve in Pre & Post M&E quantity surveying for project office.
* Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
* Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities.
* Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget and cost control.
* Prepare settlement for final account.
* Maintenance of project documentations.
* Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
* Strong knowledge on Mechanical & Electrical application.
