Responsibilities:
- Issuance of purchase orders to procure parts, components, etc.
- Responsible for end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties.
- Establish, manage, monitor and ensure supply are of dependable quality, price and delivery.
- Perform all store activities such as receiving of goods and inspecting all incoming goods and issuance of items.
- Accurately sort, label and store goods.
- Accurate Registering and Labelling for items batching, dispatching and storing in appropriate designated stores.
- Maintain record of store/stock/equipment inventory
- Packaging/unpacking of materials are carried out as per the required protocols
- Ensure workplace safety and health practices
- Maintain procurement database and documentation
- Maintain vendor information and records
- Maintains enough stock levels to avoid overstocking.
- Avoids stocking old items and tracking the expiry date of shelf-life items.
- Replenish stock based on the company's guidelines. This is done to avoid wastage.
- Ensure proper handling and storage meet company's standards.
- The Store Assistant makes sure that the stores are clean and tidy at all times.
- Support Sales in RFQs
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with experience in Aviation Industry, not a must
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license

- Working schedule, Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am-6pm
- Working location, Seletar Aerospace Park
