  • Coordinate daily with external warehouse for pick and packing activities.
  • Coordinate daily with affiliates and freight forwarders to arrange shipments ensuring on time delivery.
  • Execute weekly shipment plan efficiently and monitor Purchase Order Requested Delivery Dates (RDD) and ensure shipments are made accordingly.
  • Ensure timely creation of Delivery Note and Product Goods Issue by warehouse to meet market orders delivery date.
  • Work with customer service teams to close off residual order quantities, changes on PO quantity or ETD and ensure market is informed of any changes or issues in shipment schedules.
  • Prepare and manage necessary shipping and logistics documentation.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipments on a monthly basis. Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience orders fulfillment in SAP.
