Job Description
- Ensure efficient office operations by coordinating tasks and activities.
- Implement and enforce company policies to maintain compliance.
- Provide guidance and support when needed.
- Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
- Assist upper management with travel arrangements, appointments, agendas & etc.
- Update personnel, financial, and other relevant data in records and databases.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Submit timely reports and create presentations or proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with HQ, able to speak and write Japanese.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (SAP Hana, etc.).
- Diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred.
