Job Description
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and termination
- Register for training course and follow up with training evaluations
- Update staff leave record and record filling
- Request quotation, follow up purchase order
- Order office equipment, stationeries, and pantry items
- Building maintenance
- Update or renewal of HP plan, road tax etc.
- Administrative task like update car rental record, Esso Fleet Card expense
- Record Monthly Electrical usage and PUB yearly inspection
- Ad hoc duties assign by Supervisor
Qualifications / Skills
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, ITE Nitec/ Higher Nitec, GCE āNā or āOā Level
- Training will be provided.
