Job Description

  • Handle work pass application, renewal, and termination
  • Register for training course and follow up with training evaluations
  • Update staff leave record and record filling
  • Request quotation, follow up purchase order
  • Order office equipment, stationeries, and pantry items
  • Building maintenance
  • Update or renewal of HP plan, road tax etc.
  • Administrative task like update car rental record, Esso Fleet Card expense
  • Record Monthly Electrical usage and PUB yearly inspection
  • Ad hoc duties assign by Supervisor

Qualifications / Skills

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, ITE Nitec/ Higher Nitec, GCE ā€œNā€ or ā€œOā€ Level
  • Training will be provided.
