Job Overview:

The Business Analyst will support the Executive Director in making informed decisions by providing in-depth analysis and insights. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve business operations and strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:


Collect data from various sources, including internal systems, market research, and industry reports.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.


Reporting and Documentation:


Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Executive Director, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.

Document business processes and requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.


Market Research:


Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.

Business Process Improvement:


Identify areas for process improvement and work with various departments to implement changes.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further improvements as needed.


Project Support:


Assist in planning and executing strategic projects and initiatives.

Provide analytical support for project teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Stakeholder Communication:


Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and provide relevant analysis.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.


Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Skills:

Analytical thinking and data interpretation.

Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
