Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Assist with end-to-end Project/Program management and milestone management.
- Assist with User Requirement request, reviews, and documentation.
- Manage Root Cause Analysis on defects, as well as during identification of underlying problems.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including preparation of test case plan, test scripts, testing progress monitoring and status updates.
- Follow the Company's standards on Risk Management, Security, and all Corporate Project Management methodologies.
Monthly Reporting/Ad hoc Tasks:
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting requests through dashboard and scorecards.
- Perform Business holiday calendars checks.
- Organize and coordinate people engagement activities such as Team bonding Events etc.
- Ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Finance, Banking, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management.
- Knowledge of systems such as Finacle, Avaloq, or Workflow is a plus.
- Experience in Wealth Management Operation processes.
- Experience in test case creation, scripting and performing (UAT) testing.
- Able to conduct and facilitate requirements gathering sessions and experience in creating presentation decks.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a positive working attitude.
- Ability to work and cope with pressure with accuracy and commitment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects elements simultaneously.
- Highly Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint including Macros.
