Job Description
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
- Curate creative ideas and generate engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Utilize your video editing skills to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Vet influencers by analyzing performance metrics such as engagement, audience demographics (local-based followers), and brand alignment before engaging them.
- Plan, curate, and execute the media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze social media performance metrics, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned by the marketing team.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in digital marketing and social media management would be preferred
- Familiar or any experience with Livestream platforms would be preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with the capability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Meticulous, organized, able to manage your time well and keen eye for details
