Job Scope:
- Responsible for client business development, including opportunity exploration, demand guidance, technical communication, solution design and customization, competitive analysis, etc.
- Responsible for providing after-sales technical support for FS customers, including major account service management, channel management, pre-sales testing, project implementation, troubleshooting, customer service planning, and summarizing.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical, sales, R&D, service providers, etc., to ensure the project progresses smoothly according to the plan and promptly address technical or business issues in the project.
- Consolidate industry service technology and experience to support client and market success, and standardize organizational asset accumulation through knowledge production and empowerment training, continuously improving service processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the Asia-Pacific telecommunications market, understand market demands, competitive landscape, and industry development trends, promptly collect and feedback market information, and assist the company in gaining a competitive advantage in the local market.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or relevant field with possession of network-related certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in network solution design or on-site delivery implementation, with experience in the Singapore market preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud data centers or campus networks, capable of planning and deploying highly available and scalable network solutions.
- Deep understanding and proficiency in configuring and optimizing various network protocols, including but not limited to BGP, OSPF, SSH, VRRP, STP, NetConf, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP.
- Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) to improve network operations efficiency through automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments, using various network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) for performance monitoring and issue diagnosis.
- Familiar with the network technology needs and industry development trends in the Singapore market, with a deep understanding of local customer needs.
