2. Ensure site supervisors & foreman meet client and regulatory work requirements
3. Co-ordinate with client, sub-cons project aspects

6. Liaise with customer and subcontractor to plan, arrange and carry out construction activities, to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget
7. Ensure and implement site safety requirements. Liaise internally to ensure quality of work done confirm to specifications.
8. This role will work with the Executive Management Team to grow our project management capability and lead the co-ordination, design, and delivery of a range of the project.
9.Manage external/outsourced resources (consultants and site supervisory staff) to execute the projects.
10.Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Singapore standards and code of practice
- Good communication in Chinese and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Target oriented in a fast-paced environment
