We are looking for Change Manager for one of our clients in Singapore and your scope is as below:
Job Description:
- Establish overall Change Approach to engage our stakeholders to drive awareness, commitment and adoption in assigned projects.
- Identify areas of change through Change Impact Analysis within assigned projects.
- Create, manage and execute change communication activities to deliver impactful communication and meaningful messaging for various target audience.
- Support training efforts through effective design and delivery of training programme.
- Ensure that stakeholders are ready for change.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification preferably in change management-related, organization development-related or communications-related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (5-7 years of relevant work experience for Senior Deployed Staff).
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in change management and organization development in public or large organizations.
- Effective presentation and written and oral communication skills
- Effective stakeholder and project management skills.
- Able to understand processes, identify impacted areas and stakeholders and address them accordingly. Preferably with an understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and its characteristics and preferably have professional training or certification in change management methodologies, such as PROSCI.
