Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Seamless Transactions: Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes with precision and efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement: Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with customers to clarify commercial aspects, nurturing positive relationships built on trust and integrity.
  • Operational Support: Issue work orders, supervise delivery deadlines, and ensure timely payments, contributing to operational excellence.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist our dedicated sales team with various ad-hoc tasks, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to streamline documentation and communication processes.
