Recruitment
- Meeting assigned sales target
- Ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
- Posting of job advertisements on job portals, print media and social media
- Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Zoom)
- Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
- Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
Account Management
- Maintain regularly close contact with our clients and build strong relationships
- Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients.
- Work closely with clients in the coordination of workforce planning
- Proactive in partnering with clients, peers, and job seekers
