Our client, a medical device manufacturing (High Risk Devices) company, is looking for a Regional Sales / Senior Sales Executive (Medical Devices) to join their team. The successful candidate should be from the medical & healthcare industry and possesses a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Must have High Risk Devices/ IVD (Interventional devices)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales
- Responsible for achieving sales target for the responsible territories (Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand).
- Initiate and implement effective sales strategies with distributors in each country.
- Conduct sales analysis for good understanding of sales trend.
- Sales analysis, sales and inventory forecast for the said territories.
- Regular visits to hospitals and doctors for direct promotion of the company's products.
- Prepare quotation and tender documents as necessary.
2) Marketing
- Formulate marketing plan and strategies and ensure its implementation.
- Conduct sales and product training to the company's staff and distributors.
- Conduct market survey, product evaluation, gather competitors’ information and customer’ feedback for product improvement.
- Management of product complaints.
- Organize workshops, product presentations, trade exhibitions or any other promotion activities.
3) Relationship Management
- Build strong relationship with clients and distributors.
- Identify and reporting on business opportunities in target market.
- Work with Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure qualifications of new products.
- Work with Marketing staff for product launch and implementation of promotion programs.
- Maintain clear records and ensure proper management of samples, marketing materials, promotion funds, etc.
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the medical and healthcare industry is advantageous (i.e. Medical device distributor, manufacturer, hospital personnel, RA, nurses and doctors etc)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company long term
- Possess right attitude to work hard and to gain company's product knowledge
- Good communication skills to work with distributors, clients and internal stakeholders
