Job Description
- To assist the Club Manager oversee the operations of the entire Momentum Club.
- To co-ordinate Momentum Club activities efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction in the hotel.
- To ensure pre-arrival preparations are carried out for all reserved bookings for the day.
- To conduct detailed check of breakfast setup and cocktail setup to ensure that they are according to the established standards.
- To record inventory of stocks and equipment are kept up to the established par levels of smooth operations.
- To maintain all equipment in the Momentum Club to ensure they are useable all the time.
- To manage the reservation, operation and service of the boardroom in the Momentum Club and optimize revenue where possible through room rentals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- Able to work rotating shifts
