Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region
- Conduct demand planning based on customer’s requirements and forecasts
- Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ
- Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of project transfers from Japan HQ
