Job Description:
-Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
-Handle company insurance renewals, including Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Worker Medical, Vehicle insurance
-Coordinate training and development initiatives, such as CSOC and core trade classes
-Liaise with dormitory operators on workers’ dorm matters
-Manage government-related tasks, including MOM, government paid leave applications, levy waivers
-Manage the whole recruitment cycle if necessary
-Handle administrative requests from managers and directors
-Assist and provide administrative support for all departments
-Handle administrative documents, update and maintain proper records and proper filing systems
-Answer phone calls, checking and replying daily emails. You are advised to maintain a polite and professional manner of communication
-Perform general clerical duties which include preparing of documents and filing
-Handle office upkeeps such as replenishment of stationeries
-Manage and maintain contracts/agreements related to office
-Any other administrative ad-hoc matters or undertake additional task and responsibilities when required
Requirements:
Competent with Microsoft Office and computer skills
Relevant HR and administration related qualifications
Well-versed in Employment Act
Good command of both English and Mandarin
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (9 am – 6 pm), Sat (9 am – 1 pm)
