Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update ISO9001 and ISO14001 documentation control
- Manage office ISO9001 processes to achieve office quality objectives
- Prepare required documents for new employee/workers briefing
- Office stationery management including labels/A4 paper purchase control
- Take care of office’s pantry food and beverages
- Manage all matters relevant to workers’ dormitory such as inspections and etc.
- Manage and update training documentation folder for all employees and workers
- Prepare documents/files/folders required for all customer/external/authorities audit
- Update and maintain license and permit folder of company
- Company orientation and onboarding arrangement
- Assist production/office for production labels printing
- Arrange festivals celebrations such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas, CNY and etc
- Source and arrange training/courses for employees and workers proactively
- Arrange department bi-monthly meeting to update any issues, prepare meeting minutes
- Ad-hoc assignment when assistance is required from colleagues
- Ad-hoc work assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Candidates with 2 years of admin/receptionist experience will have an advantage
- Possess good working attitude with willingness to learn
- Self-motivator and able to perform tasks independently with proper organisation skills
- Able to start work upon short notice
