Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling regular inspections and responding to emergency maintenance requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and needs promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure all properties comply with fire safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular fire drills and safety inspections.
- Implement fire safety measures and protocols as required.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors. Negotiate contracts and oversee the quality of services provided.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on property status, maintenance activities, and tenant issues. Provide recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Prepare for and manage external audits.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, maintenance activities, tenant interactions, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Property / Facilities / Building Management, Real Estate or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant property management experience in commercial building
- Possess FSM certification
- Proficient in MS office
