Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions
- Administer the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including HR databases and employee personnel files.
- Assist to coordinate with outsourced vendors for recruitment, payroll, insurance, etc.
- Assess training needs, administer training courses, and maintain training records.
- Assist with ongoing digitalization projects.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including planning company events.
- Provide support for daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's statutory employment laws and practices.
- Analytical and meticulous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective team player who can also work independently.
