Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare all freshly baked items using fresh ingredients
- Provide excellent customer service, interacting positively with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Explain and advice cusotmers on on-going promotions, up-sell when opportunity arises
- Operate and perform all Point-Of-Sales (POS) functions in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain accurate stock control, display items and stocks replenishment
- Ensure consistent good housekeeping standards at all times
Requirements
- Higher Nitec in Pastry & Baking / WSQ Certificate in Food Services (Pastry and Baking) / Diploma in Patisserie and Baking etc.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in bakery & pastry field, preferably with baking experience
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- 5 working days per week with the flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, subject to rotation
