▪ Handling of incoming phone calls and recording phone logs
▪ Performing simple administrative work
▪ Managing counter duties such as attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries
▪ Responding to enquiries and providing general useful information
▪ Attending to goods delivery on behalf of staff
▪ Caring of unwell students by rendering basic assistance to walk-in
▪ To conduct wipe down using disinfectant for front counter daily after recess and after lunch and for chairs at visitor waiting area daily at least once a day
Qualification
▪ Minimum GCE “N” level
Other Requirements
▪ Good communication and inter-personal skills
▪ Good team player with a high level of initiative
▪ Good customer service skills
▪ Mature individual with a pleasant disposition, is polite, patient, caring and positive
▪ Proficient in MS Office
▪ First aid knowledge will be an advantage
▪ Preferably with experience in a school environment
